1. Appointment Booking

Booking Process:
    • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at one of our clinic locations.
Confirmation:
    • Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with the details of your appointment, including the date, time, and location.
Pre-Appointment Requirements:
    • Please complete any required intake forms prior to your appointment. This helps us provide the best possible care during your visit.


2. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Notice:
    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client in need.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a full cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy:
    • If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided prior notice, you will be charged the full consultation fee.
Late Arrivals:
    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation fee may apply if rescheduling is required.
Emergency Cancellations:
    • We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency, and we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled appointment without any penalties.
